EQ Shareowner Services (“EQ”) is Mastercard’s Transfer Agent, Registrar, and Dividend Disbursing Agent.

Prior to accessing your company’s Mastercard Class B transfer agent account online, the current Mastercard Class B Shareowner contact on record must contact EQ to authenticate the account.

Shareholders who need to convert and sell or update account information must complete the appropriate forms located on the EQ website and submit them to EQ via certified mail or overnight delivery.
